• Email address — when you sign up as a member

• Device information — browser type and IP address for security purposes

We do not collect payment information or sensitive personal information.

We use your information to send deal updates and member offers, notify you of collective deals, improve our platform, and comply with legal obligations. We will never sell your personal information to third parties.

4. How we store it

Your data is stored securely using Supabase with industry-standard encryption. We retain your data for as long as you remain a Negoshi member or as required by law.

5. Third parties

We share limited data with trusted services to operate our platform: Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting), and Commission Factory (affiliate tracking). These providers only receive the minimum data necessary and are bound to protect your information.

6. Cookies

We use cookies to improve your experience and track affiliate referrals. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect some functionality.

7. Your rights
